The Press Release on the Terrorist Attack against Tuz Khormato - Iraq
2017/09/26

The terrorist attacks against the innocent followers of the Ahlul-Bait (peace be upon them) have increased recently in tens of bombings of civilian gatherings in a number of governates in Iraq. These terrorist acts include targeting the followers of the Ahlul-Bait (peace be upon them) in the city of Tuz khormato, attacking worshippers in Mosques, youths in the stadiums, visitors of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) in their way back and many others. This confirms that these attacks are part of regional plot that will have dangerous consequences on the security of the regional and of the world.

As we ask Almighty Allah to send His mercy on the souls of the martyrs and to grant the wounded fast recovery. We strongly condemn these savage attacks and emphasize on the following:
Firstly: It is necessary for the Iraqi government and judiciary system to take the responsibility in bringing the perpetrators to justice and in protecting civilian citizens especially the followers of the Ahlul-Bait (peace be upon them) as they are the primary target of terrorism.
We also emphasize on the importance of allowing the people of the targetted areas like Tuz Khormato and Tal Afar to protect their own cities.
Secondly: We call the international community; especially the international organizations to classify such crimes as crimes against humanity, since they are genocides that resulted from hate culture and shedding human blood on religious bases which are violations of the international laws and ethics.

It is permissible to donate her hair. It is prohibited for the woman to uncover her hair in the presence of non-mahram men if the hair is attached to her and not when it is cut.

What is order for the followers of his late eminence? will they continue to follow his late eminence or they have to follow another jurist?

I understand that temporary marriage is for pleasure. Does that mean that physical attraction and lust are permissible reasons to enter into such a contract, or are there other prerequisite motivations that one must have before two people can enter into this arrangement?

It is permissible to enter into temporary marriage for the sake of pleasure and lust via legislated means and within religious guidelines. Among the benefits of temporary marriage is that it controls sexual relation between the two sexes within specific rules and guidelines; like specifying the duration of the marriage and the dower, serving the waiting period between one marriage and another, and the child born from such a matrimony being legitimate for the couple. There is no doubt that if such marriage was common in the society, committing adultery would be minimal.

I have entered a temporary marriage with a girl, and we have had some arguments. At times I have become very angry, and I have said things like, "I am done with this marriage," or "the marriage is done between us," but I have immediately regretted it, because I didn't mean it. Is the temporary marriage still valid, or is it nullified by these words?

The marriage contract ends when you forgo the remaining period. If you intended this meaning in your words, then you must redo the marriage contract if you want to marry her again and she agrees to it. If you did not mean it when you said these words, then the marital bond still exists between you two.
